 Tool-For-Trade-Compliance
Krypt is a leading SAP consulting services partner, with strong expertise in global trade compliance. We have authored and published books and white papers on this topic, performed testing for SAP, and conducted dozens of assessments, blueprinting, implementations and upgrades for Fortune 500 firms who sought help with the trade compliance and screening efforts.
That being said, we realize not everyone has the same systems landscape. With that in mind, we have extended our knowledge and experience to aid customers with a multitude of screening requirements.
There are many options for companies who are looking to automate their compliance procedures. Choosing which method to use depends on a few different factors – resources your company is able to allocate, your backend systems, and who/what you plan to screen, just to name a few.

Screening Entities with Salesforce.com

For the Salesforce.com users out there, Krypt created a new screening tool. With Krypt’s SFDC based tool, you will be able to screen business partners with a content upload, in our first release. Future releases will have extended options.
Krypt’s offering is built on the SFDC application platform and will soon be available in the Salesforce App Exchange.
**UPDATE 3/17/2017** Krypt's Screening Tool is now available on the appexchange.
DPSforce is available for Denied Party Screening and can be downloaded FREE here

Krypt’s compliance screening tool will enable you to perform various screening activities:

  • Check names against lists such as the U.S. Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the U.S. Department of Commerce Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS)
  • Restricted party screening and watch list checks
  • Check against your own company lists
  • Check Leads, Contacts and Accounts

See below for a quick demo of how you would screen entities with Krypt’s Salesforce.com application.

Concurrently, we are working on a trade screening tool which Workday users could utilize to screen business partners or other entities for denied parties. It could be used for Workday Finance or could be used for Workday HR purposes.

Stay tuned for updates on both of these tools. For those interested in trade screening with SAP, Krypt is well versed in SAP Global Trade Services consulting. You can find more info here: https://www.kryptinc.com/sap-global-trade-services.php
