Rajen Iyer, Co-Founder & CTO, Krypt

Rajen Iyer is the co-founder and CTO at Krypt, the leading SAP Global Trade and Supply Chain solution provider globally. Rajen started his career with manufacturing application development and moved to systems automation, working on Global Trade Services and Supply Chain Management applications and implementations, Sales and Distribution, Pricing, and Materials Management. Kai Seela, Vice President, Global Trade, Krypt
Kai comes with over 25 years of IT experience working in consulting, project management, business development & solution management positions with a particular focus on foreign trade and economics. He has worked with clients around the world including North and Latin America, EMEA, MENA, and Asia-Pacific. His experience includes management of multinational implementation projects, business development for new regions and markets as well as driving development and localization of standardized software solutions to meet industry-specific and regulatory requirements. Kai was a functional executive of one of the biggest SAP User Groups and is a valued speaker at various events globally. He holds a BBA in foreign trade and economics.

Karen Murphy, Vice President, Business Consulting, Krypt
Karen manages the Advisory and Contract Services offered in Krypt Business. She is responsible for offering customers solutions for their complex global trade and supply chain problems that will save them time and money. As Vice President, Global Trade. She previously held positions of leadership at flex and Applied Materials where she was responsible for various exporting & importing regulations including classification, trade agreements, and licensing.

She has been a member of the President’s Export Council’s Subcommittee on Export Administration (PECSEA). She is a current member of the Regulations and Procedures Technical Advisory Committee (RPTAC) for the Bureau of Industry and Security. She has participated in several projects to reduce administrative burden in compliance with trade regulations. Karen is a licensed US Customs Broker.

Gagan Bhasin, Vice President, Customer Success, Krypt
Gagan has been an integral part of Krypt’s Executive Committee for numerous Supply Chain and Global Trade deployments. In his nearly 20 years of experience, Gagan has connected customers with top-of-the-line solutions, allowing them to achieve their goals. His dedication and unique ability to understand customer needs has led Gagan and his customers to success time and time again. He is proud to now be lending his expertise to Fortune 500 customers as the VP of Customer Success at Krypt. 

Linda McKee, Senior Director, Solution Management, Global Trade Services, SAP
Linda McKee is Senior Director, Solution Management for SAP Global Trade Services solution. Her SAP career began as a Foreign Trade consultant, supporting implementations at major global customers. She delivered development projects as part of the High Tech Industry Business Unit, focused on discrete manufacturers within the industry. Currently, her responsibilities include the Global Trade and Tax areas, all residing within SAP’s Finance family of solutions. Linda is based in Denver, Colorado.

Melissa Harrington, Sales Director – Content Business, Descartes

Melissa has over 20 years of experience in trade compliance. She worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP for over ten years where she worked as a trade consultant helping global organizations implement compliance solutions, reduce duty spend, and mitigate trade compliance issues. She also helped establish the Classification Center of Excellence. Melissa also worked as the Customs Compliance Manager at Samsung Electronics – America, where she managed the import and export compliance into The United States, Canada, and Mexico. Melissa has been with CustomsInfo, now Descartes, for over eight years where she helps companies implement software and content solutions to enhance trade compliance programs and improve visibility and control. Melissa has a BBA from the University of Michigan.

Tim Dysarz, Sales Director – Content Business, Descartes

Tim has been in the International Trade Compliance industry for over 25 years. He began his career with Arthur Andersen LLP’s International Trade and Customs Services practice, where he assisted clients in areas such as classification, valuation, foreign trade zones audits, broker management, and free trade agreement solicitation/calculation. He continued working within the operational side of the trade industry until 2005 when he transitioned to sales and marketing of trade products and services. In 2009, he joined Customs Info LLC, now Descartes Systems Group, where he focuses on assisting clients to expand their knowledge with online research applications, improving their operational efficiency with an item classification solution, fueling their global trade engines with trade content, and providing sanctioned party list screening solutions. Tim is a graduate of Western Michigan University, with a BBA in Finance. 

Kevin Riddell, Director, Trade and Regulatory Compliance, Tremco
Kevin Riddell is the director, Trade and Regulatory Compliance for Tremco, where he has worked for over 24 years. The Tremco Group is a leading manufacturer of construction and waterproofing products based in Ohio, with a large presence in Canada and other countries. While living in Canada, his duties take him to Tremco locations globally. Mr. Riddell is responsible for international trade compliance, including customs compliance.
