People commonly associate business growth with financial growth; however, growth also occurs when a company gives back. In May and June Krypt gave back to three organizations and each organization benefited in a unique way.

Arkansas Children’s Hospital
During May Krypt employees collected toys for Arkansas Children’s Hospital. The hospital’s Amazon wish list included books, Legos, bubbles, board and card games, art supplies and infant and toddler items. Since our company is headquartered in CA with global locations, the use of Amazon came in handy as employees purchased items from the hospital’s wish list and shipped them directly to the hospital. In total, around $400 in toys were donated to the hospital. If you’re wondering how the hospital was selected, a Krypt employee had a family member receive care at the hospital several years back.
Children International
From June 5-7, 2018 Krypt was a vendor at the SAPPHIRE NOW conference, instead of doing a booth drawing we took to social media with the goal of helping Children International. A $5 dollar donation was given on each person’s behalf who took a picture in front of our booth and posted it to either Twitter or LinkedIn under a specific handle. There was significant social media activity during the conference and we donated $500 to Children International.
Sacred Heart
Providing financial support is always welcomed by organizations; however, the need for volunteers can be an even greater necessity. On June 15, 2018, Krypt employees volunteered their time at Sacred Heart located in California. Sacred Heart’s focus is to create a community free from poverty by creating hope, opportunity, and action. During our time we helped 222 families by sorting clothes, placing clothes on racks and bagging the clothing items families selected. The organization also provides food and other resources for the community in their mission of freeing individuals from poverty.
At Krypt we understand the importance of giving back, which is why each quarter we take a break from our daily work schedules to give back. After all, growth occurs in many forms and it’s important to remember this to obtain true business growth.
